It is our heart at Baymonte Christian School to give the enrollment opportunity to every student who wishes to attend our school. We understand tuition can be a financial burden to some and we try to ease that burden by offering financial assistance. Financial assistance and tuition discounts come in many forms at BCS. See if one of these work for you:
Financial Assistance
To determine whether your family qualifies for financial aid, please complete an application through Clarity Financial Aid. Clarity is a third-party organization that provides standardized and impartial processing in a confidential setting. Families need to apply annually, and the cost to apply is $65. Clarity will determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application, which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts. They will determine a recommended award for kindergarten through eighth–grade students, and Baymonte’s Board of Directors will evaluate and make a final award decision.
Children’s Ministry and Pastor’s Discount*
A tuition discount of 50% is offered to a member of the staff of a local church who is licensed, ordained, or commissioned. The Children’s Ministry Director of a local church is also eligible for this discount. This discount is applicable for vocational positions where the director is employed for 20 hours or more per week. An application for a pastor’s discount which includes the church’s group exemption number and the signature of the senior pastor is to be submitted annually to the school.
Employee Discount
As an employee at Baymonte Christian School, a corresponding tuition discount on the family tuition bill is granted. To find out more about current employment opportunities at Baymonte view our openings here.
Family Referral Discount*
Baymonte families are invited to refer a friend to our school. If that friend enrolls at Baymonte, both families will receive 10% off their tuition for the year. There is no limit to the number of families a Baymonte family can refer. This discount will only be given to one referring family.
Sibling Discount
A 10% sibling discount is given to a family with two or more children in any of our preschool programs. For our kindergarten-eighth grade program we offer a discount for each child after the first. See our tuition rates here for the discount.
