The first month tuition is non-refundable. A 30-day notice is required for a mid-term withdrawal.
Mid-year enrollment will be prorated based on start date, which will change the annual and monthly rate.
New Students Only
- A one-time, non-refundable $150 application fee is due with the application of each new elementary or middle school student.
- Half of the first month’s tuition is due as a deposit to guarantee placement for elementary and middle school.

Annual registration fee of $150 for preschool programs. Half-day program is 8:15am-12:15pm. Full-day program is 8:00am-4:30pm. Extended day program is 8:00am-5:00pm.
Additional Services
Extended Daycare (K-5)
Extended care is available beginning at 7:30am and after school until 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. This is a drop-in service. Our extended care room is located directly across the parking lot from the school office.
If you have multiple students, you may drop them all off as early as 15 minutes before the first student’s class begins at no charge. The current published rate will be assessed for care outside those hours. The hourly rate ($10 per hour) is calculated to the quarter-hour each time your child is in the program. Extended care charges will be included on your monthly Gradelink account the following month. Students not picked up during the 15 minute period after release from class will be automatically checked into daycare and must be signed out by a parent or authorized caregiver.
Special Learning Assistance
An Individualized Program of Instruction (IPI) is available for students requiring instructional assistance. There is an additional monthly fee for this service.
Athletic Participation
Baymonte provides an after school interscholastic sports program for 6th through 8th grades. A $150 participation fee will be charged per sport.
Lunch Program
A daily lunch program is available to kindergarten through eighth grades.
P.E. Program
Middle school students are required to purchase a P.E. uniform at a cost of approximately $35 per uniform.
Other
In addition to our regular fees, student participation in extracurricular activities such as field trips, tours, 6th grade science camp, etc., may also incur extra expenses. Some middle school electives may require a charge for materials.
