Taylor O’Rorke was nominated for Baymonte’s Above and Beyond Award! This award recognizes teachers and staff who consistently go above and beyond their normal job expectations to ensure students are well cared for and receive a high-quality education. We are happy to give her this award due to all of her hard work and amazing contributions to the school. Here are some of the great things said about Mrs. Kitch:
“We are so thankful for Mrs. O! We prayed for who our son’s teacher would be and God answered us hugely with Mrs. O. She is kind and loving to her students, she understands the energy of second graders and she gives them the time and ability to get their wiggles out. She goes above and beyond the teaching and really reaches the kids on their level, while pushing and guiding them to go farther. Our son loves school and is sad if he has to miss class for any reason. Thank you for making this year great!”
“Mrs. O’Rorke is an amazing teacher. I love how organized she is and her energy she brings into the classroom. She makes learning super fun.”
“I think Taylor O’Rorke deserves this award. She has made a big impact on my daughter. She came home a few months ago saying, “I want to be a teacher like Mrs. O!” We are all happy having her at Baymonte.”
“I’m not sure words can describe how much I appreciate Mrs. O. Our daughter had been struggling with learning for 18 months and somehow, as if by magic, she turned that around.”
“We can attest to why Taylor was nominated as Baymonte’s above and beyond award because she is an amazing teacher! My husband and I love the way in which she instructs our son. She is invariably enthusiastic with what she teaches, and engages my son in all kinds of ways. She is very uplifting to my son by giving him the encouragement and self-confidence he needs as a young student. He has named her his favorite teacher. We hope that Taylor can win this well-deserved award!”
From a student: “I am so glad you got the award, thank you for being a great teacher! I hope you have a great day! I hope you are doing great teaching us! I really love your class. Thank you for teaching me!”
Thank you, Mrs. O’Rorke. We love and appreciate you!
