This year at Baymonte Christian School we are highlighting alumni – past students who’ve attended Baymonte, many preschool through eighth grade! Today we are highlighting Matthew Olson. After graduating from Baymonte, Matt attended Monte Vista Christian High School and is currently in his second year at Wheaton College in Illinois. He’s been a soccer superstar since he was a little boy and it’s been a joy watching Matt shine on and off the field starting at Baymonte, through high school and on to college. Here’s what he had to say about his time at Baymonte: “I enjoyed the tight knit community of students we had at Baymonte and the quality and intentionality of the teachers. A few highlights from my time at Baymonte were the East Coast trip in 8th grade and taking man class as an elective. Baymonte prepared me for high school and college because of the integration of faith into my learning. I learned how to keep my faith at the center of whatever I do and to glorify God in every aspect of my life.”
