A Baymonte parent visited our second grade classrooms today to share all about Chinese New Year, which begins this Sunday, January 22nd. This year is the Year of the Rabbit, a symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity in Chinese culture. This was a wonderful learning opportunity for our students!
