Christmas Party (Christ-centered)
Easter Party (no egg hunts, Christ-centered)
Track and Field Day
Held approximately the 2nd to the last week of school. Organize parents to send in water bottles, fresh fruit cut and ready to serve. Water and snacks will be shared by all grades who participate on that day. Parent volunteers are also needed in shifts to help at the snack tables throughout the day.
End of the Year Party
Most classes have predetermined plans for this party. Ask your teacher what traditions may already be in place. Plan early, as you may need to reserve a location or entertainment in advance. An end of the year gift is appropriate at this time, but remember to delegate and coordinate… you don’t have to do it all!
5th Grade Promotion Party
Takes place the last week of school; Hawaiian theme. Both classes work together on refreshments and decorations. Ask your teachers for the date early, as the last week of school is very busy. This is in addition to the End of the Year Party.
