Today is the National Day of Prayer! In 1952 President Harry Truman signed a bill into law, making the National Day of Prayer an annual event on the first Thursday of May, encouraging millions across our nation to unite together to pray. Since we aren’t able to physically join together to pray, please take some time throughout the day to pray for:
-God’s healing hand to touch our world.
-God’s miraculous intervening, for blind eyes to be opened and for many to see the power of our Lord as never before.
-God’s wisdom for the leaders of our country, state, city and school.
We have staff who meet virtually twice a week to pray; please feel free to email your prayer request to us. It would be an honor to pray for you!
“I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by My Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in My name, there am I with them.” Mathew 18:19-20
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7
