As we anticipate the class of 2021 concluding their high school adventure, we are celebrating Baymonte alumni and their accomplishments. Join us in prayer as they transition to the next chapter of their lives! Today’s senior spotlight is Spencer Bowman. Here’s what Spencer said about his time at Baymonte:
“I enjoyed the home-like feeling Baymonte had compared to high school and how I was close with many people rather than just a select few. I enjoyed my final year at Baymonte as we all began to realize nothing will be the same after we left, so we made the most of what we had. Baymonte prepared me for what to expect socially (and educationally, of course). They gave me a few helpful tips to make the beginning of high school a little easier.
High school has been an odd time, and Covid-19 has not helped it become any less weird. Rather than focusing on my academic achievements, I now tend to focus more on the friends I’ve made throughout these past four years. Next year, I plan to go to Cabrillo as it will help me avoid many possible student loans and carve my path into the career of a Medical Firefighter/EMT Specialist, or possibly even a Smokejumper if I plan to go that far.”
Congratulations Spencer!
