As we anticipate the class of 2020 concluding their high school adventure, we are celebrating Baymonte alumni and their accomplishments. Join us in prayer as they transition to the next chapter of their lives! Today’s senior spotlight is Jordan O’Brian. Here’s what Jordan said about her time at Baymonte:
“I enjoyed the really tight knit, Christian community of Baymonte. It was an amazing opportunity to be able to grow up with a large support group made up of both faculty and students.
A highlight from my time at Baymonte is the fun activities that were provided for us, from the gold rush play to track and field days to the Tech Trek and more. I also loved how welcoming and accepting everyone was of each other.
I believe that Baymonte prepared me by not only providing a great education, but also growth in my character. Baymonte taught me many attributes that I will be able to carry throughout the rest of my life. I’m so thankful that I was able to be taught about Christianity, God, and how to walk in my faith at such an early age.
A highlight from my high school years (SVHS) is joining student government and being able to be a part of and organize all of the fun spirit days, dances, and themed games. I also loved being able to be a part of our basketball team as I was able to gain a lot of new friendships and further my love for the sport!
Next year, I will be attending UCLA as a physiological science major on the pre-med path.”
Congratulations Jordan!
