The third grade classes were in for a treat when they visited a local family apple orchard. The beautiful setting provided a natural classroom with six stations; reading stories about apples, conducting a science experiment testing apple decay, a fun Minute To Win It apple stacking challenge, apple cider made from an apple press, how to make apple sauce and a hand dipped caramel apple station.
